    The invention relates to the poultry industry, namely, devices for removing skin from poultry carcasses or parts thereof. The aim of the invention is to eliminate skin damage. This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device containing a pair of horizontal gears 1 and 2 interacting with each other, installed with the possibility of oncoming rotational movement, the latter have a conical shape and are arranged so that their vertices are facing towards the feed of the carcasses, while springs 3 and at least one of them is driven to rotate around a vertical axis lying in a plane passing through the bases of the rollers. 1 hp f-ly, 2 ill. 15

    Claim
    1. A device for removing skin from the carcasses of poultry or parts thereof, for example the chest, obtained by separating the upper and lower extremities and a transverse section of the ridge between both limbs, containing a pair of horizontal toothed rollers that are installed with the possibility of counter-rotating movement, interacting with each other, the fact that, in order to avoid damage to the skin, the toothed rollers are conical in shape and arranged so that their vertices are facing the supply of carcasses.
